1. Acceptance

By using promptpack.tech or buying from PromptPack you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the product. PromptPack is operated by Ornalens LLP, India.

2. The product

The AI Money Audit Prompt Pack is a digital guide and set of AI prompts and workflows, delivered as a downloadable PDF. It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no account. Nothing is shipped. The product does not include any software, connector or AI service — you need your own AI tool (such as Codex or Claude Code) and a Gmail connector you choose.

3. Not financial advice

The product helps you organise information, research options and draft messages. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so verify anything important yourself before acting. We do not guarantee any savings or specific result. The prompts do not move money, cancel services or make purchases automatically; any action you take is your own decision.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.
• The price shown at checkout applies. Prices may change for future purchases.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

After a successful payment you receive a download link. Keep your file safe. Download links may expire; if yours does or the file is corrupted, contact us and we will re-issue it.

6. Licence and permitted use

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts for your own personal or business finances, as often as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish or repackage the pack or its contents, in whole or in part.

7. Your responsibility and third-party tools

You decide what information to share with any AI tool and which Gmail connector to use. The pack recommends read-only access, but connectors, AI providers and Google are third parties we do not control. You are responsible for reviewing and trusting them, for the permissions you grant, for revoking access when you no longer need it, and for complying with their terms. Email content can contain malicious instructions; follow the safety guidance in the pack. We are not responsible for actions taken by any third-party tool or for data you choose to share with it.

8. Intellectual property

The prompts, text, design and branding are owned by Ornalens LLP and protected by law. Buying the pack does not transfer ownership.

9. Disclaimers

The product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Results depend on the AI tool you use and the information you provide. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ornalens LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies.
