1. Overview
The AI Money Audit Prompt Pack is a digital file delivered immediately after payment. Because it cannot be returned once delivered, refunds are handled as described below. We want every buyer to get a working product and will resolve genuine problems fairly.
2. When you are eligible for a refund
- Failed delivery or corrupted file: if you did not receive the download, or the file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you get a full refund.
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Product not as described: if the pack is materially different from what the product page describes, tell us within 7 days and we will review it.
3. When a refund is not available
- Change of mind after the file has been successfully delivered and opened.
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with the output of a third-party AI tool, or a change in results between AI tools or over time, which we do not control.
- The product does not guarantee savings, so an absence of savings is not a ground for refund.
4. How to request a refund
- Email ornalens@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99015 42387.
- Include the email used at checkout, your Razorpay payment or order ID, and the reason.
- For a file problem, describe what happened (a screenshot helps).
We acknowledge requests within 1–2 business days and aim to resolve them within 5–7 business days.
5. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
- They usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Any payment-gateway fees charged by Razorpay may not be recoverable.
6. Cancellation
PromptPack does not offer subscriptions. The price is a single one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
