PromptPack (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Ornalens LLP, India. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you visit promptpack.tech or buy the AI Money Audit Prompt Pack. By using the site you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Purchase details: your name, email address and phone number as entered at checkout, used to process your order and deliver your download.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only confirmation of payment (order ID, payment ID, amount and status).
- Campaign source: if you arrived from an ad or link with campaign tags (UTM parameters), those tags are attached to your order record for reporting.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, clicks, approximate location, browser and device type, and the campaign or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters), collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages: anything you send us when you contact support.
3. What we do not collect
The pack is a guide and prompts you use inside your own AI tool (such as Codex or Claude Code). If you connect Gmail to that tool, you do so directly through a connector and Google sign-in that you choose. PromptPack never receives your emails, Gmail credentials or access tokens, and never receives the financial information (such as transactions, balances, statements or subscriptions) that your AI tool reads or produces. We do not ask for your bank login and do not connect to your accounts. The connector, your AI provider and Google handle that data under their own terms — please review them, and use read-only access, before connecting anything.
4. How we use information
- To process your payment, deliver your download and provide support.
- To send service messages about your order.
- To understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
5. Analytics and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. The Meta Pixel lets us measure ads on Facebook and Instagram and see generic events such as page views, checkout clicks and completed purchases (product, price and currency only). Microsoft Clarity records aggregated interaction data such as clicks and scrolling to help us improve the page. We do not send your financial information to Meta or Microsoft. You can limit tracking through your browser settings, ad preferences on Meta, or a content blocker.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Meta Platforms and Microsoft — advertising measurement and site analytics, as described above.
- An email or file-delivery provider, if we use one to send your download link.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
7. Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your personal data by writing to us, subject to records we must legally retain.
8. Security
The site uses HTTPS and payments are handled by Razorpay. Download links may expire. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
9. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for non-essential processing, by contacting us below.
10. Children
The site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with a new date.
