Carousel Workflow Kit
A content queue you can inspect before anything publishes
One payment. Complete ZIP download after payment verification. Use your own tools. Pay with UPI, Indian cards, netbanking or an international card.

What you'll make
A documented queue with approval states, due times and duplicate checks. The included offline validator prints a publishing plan; it never sends a post or stores credentials.
What's inside the download?
- 14-page PDF field guide
- 10 editable prompts
- Original worked example and starter files
- Blank and filled worksheets
- Repository source register and usage notes
The PDF is paired with an editable Markdown guide, a prompt library, blank and filled CSV worksheets, source references and a starter README.
Look inside the actual edition
A workshop page from the guide, followed by an original example included in the practical files.
Six practical workshop steps
- Separate approval from scheduling
- Keep the local dry run useful
- Design the state transitions
- Handle retries without double posting
- Choose an integration deliberately
- Reconcile and measure the process
Your first session
- Install Node.js from its official source.
- Open starter/queue.json and inspect the two fictional rows.
- From starter/, run: node validate-queue.mjs queue.json
- Read the due plan and blocked rows. Change one approval state and run again.
Requirements and scope
A text AI assistant. Implementing the plans requires your own automation platform and connected publishing accounts.
The starter is an offline queue validator. Live scheduling requires a separate integration, account authorization and current platform permissions. The referenced PostOnce software repository is MIT; its hosted service can have separate charges.
Public tools behind the workflow
These tools are available from their original authors. This independent guide adds instruction and original exercises; tool access, model weights and service accounts are separate.

Try an editable prompt
Replace the bracketed fields with your own project details. This sample is part of the included prompt library.
Design a content queue for [CHANNEL] using [AUTOMATION TOOL]. Store draft_id, content_url, scheduled_at, timezone, approval_state, publish_state, external_post_id and last_error. Only approved rows may publish. Describe states and transitions, a duplicate prevention key, retry rules for timeouts and rate limits, and how an operator reconciles a post that succeeded remotely but timed out locally. Return a table and five acceptance tests. Keep credentials out of the queue. Do not publish anything.
